Asociacion Iniciativa Internacional Joven, from Malaga (Spain), partner of the project “RE- IN- JOB – Non-formal education for adult social inclusion and re-employment”, hosted the first blended mobility for adult learners from 2 to 8 May 2022.
These days in Spain were preceded by virtual training on this platform (on April 22-26) in which all those who then participated in the activities proposed by AIIJ, took part. Each partner organization sent 4 people from its territory (France, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Italy), who met in these 5 days of “training”, together with the 3 chosen by the host organization.
The aim of the mobility was to develop citizenship competence, cultural awareness and expression competence and entrepreneurship competence through online and face-to-face training.
The methodology used in Malaga had as its main objective to deepen mutual knowledge of the group, through the use of cooperative techniques and dynamics, with a particular focus on diversity as a wealth, learning by doing and the development of European key competence 8 (literacy competence, multilingual competence, mathematical competence, scientific, technological and engineering competence, digital, personal, social competence and learning to learn competence, civic competence, entrepreneurial competence, cultural awareness and expressive competence).
Group leaders from different European countries took turns in the different training sessions to bring their contribution to the event: DEVMED led the session “my diversity is my strength”, Ana Belén Domínguez, General Director of Iniciativa Internacional Joven, she was responsible for the session on key competences.
The group leader and director of the “GLAFKA” association of the Czech Republic, on the other hand, explained the meaning of digital skills and the importance of understanding how digital and technologies can support communication, creativity and innovation.
The career path workshop was conducted by Travelogue APS while the members of ACD La Hoya guided the groups through the search for some useful tools to find work.
After the delivery of the certificates of participation, the groups attended a farewell lunch.
